As before, 50% probability is assumed, since the MCxD‐100 must achieve code phase‐
locktoobtaintheCarrierIDfromtheMetaCarrier.Therefore,eachtimetheMCxD‐100
isinstructedtoreacquire,theprobabilityremainsthatitwillachievecodephase‐lockto
theinterferingcarrier.
If the MetaCarrier is obtained and th
e interfering carrier is identified, the uplinking
stationmaybecontactedandarequestmadetodisablethetransmissionservice.
IftheMetaCarrierisnotobtained,proceedtoStep2.
