4.3 Front Panel Display/Keypad

The optional front panel (Figure 4-1) provides the local user interface, which can be used

to configure and monitor the status of the terminal.

The front panel features a 16-character, 2-line LCD display, and a 6-key keypad which

provides for sophisticated functions, yet is easy to use. All functions are accessible at the

front panel by entering one of three “SELECT” menus:

• Configuration (CONFIG)

• Monitor

• Faults
